   I’ve found and tried 3 different solutions. All worked but only temporarily until the next Update and restart. The sequence that follows begins with that restart and ends with a successful restart after using one of the methods I tried:

   1. Insert your Windows installation disc and restart your computer.
   2. Choose your language settings, and then click “Next”
   3. Click “Repair your computer”

   after you had installed Windows 7 and come across this error, have you tried putting the bootable Windows 7 USB and repair your computer.

   I would suggest you to try this. This error occured because of the MBR partition got corrupted and would only fix once you go for "Repair your Computer" with Windows 7 Bootable USB.
