   CCleaner only scans through a few registry files, which makes it highly ineffective. You need to use a cleaner that can find a lot of errors and fix them.

   Or Install Linux if your tech savvy enough.

   You need to have someone drive really fast in a car, and you can use it in the passenger seat, at that point it should run faster.

   Use msconfig to delete startup programs you dont need (just search for it in the search menu), defrag using a good defrag program, disable services you dont need. Run virus scans.
