   Goto start menu -> select Run – > type "cleanmgr.exe" and click ok.
   Follow the instructions

   Try a program like Tune-Up (you get download a free trial) It will help you remove programs that are hard to remove and optimize your whole computer. It will defrag your registry and all sorts of things. Check it out.
