RegInOut System Utilities is the best deal for registry scanning and also defragging it. I am myself using it and it works perfectly well. Piracy wont help u, as pirated windows disc will cause some problem or the other, thats for sure. So i will recommend that u spend some bucks and and buy an original Windows disk.
try doing the F8 after restart untill you see the advance start up screen. press enter choose your language log in then pick an option. don’t erase your hard drive cause you do not have the disck to put back your Oporating System. this proseger wil take about an hour to two.
Visit your PC vendor site and find out about a "factory restore", it will bring the OS back to the state it was when you bought it, minus programs you’ve installed and files.
Back up your files first, then factory restore, then Windows update (over and over)/anti-malware then install fresh programs later from clean sources, then files from backups.
Also use PCDecrapifier to remove PC vendor bloatware. Tweak the Windows eye candy down in Performance settings to keep it very responsive.
Then disk cleanup, then defrag, then System Restore Images. (system restore images far easier to restore from than a factory restore)
I don’t support piracy but you can find many versions of Windows on thepiratebay.org, if you want it for free. I use AVG antivirus and get used to it since I find it easy to navigate, but personally I don’t care much about virus since I know what I download and where I get it from. To keep your registry clean, use YourUninstaller 2010, it’s an useful software which can help you uninstall software along with cleaning registry.
Before jumping to the extreme I would try to use a free program called rkill.

Most PCs now come with so much stuff that a single recovery DVD isn’t enough. Check your user manual to see if there’s a way to boot to a recovery partition, or maybe a way to make a recovery CD/DVD that will boot and then access the recovery partition.
Otherwise, you can buy a new copy of Win7 to install from scratch. Or, use other, less legal methods, which can’t be discussed here.
Once it’s set up again, use Avast! 4 Home, AVG, or MS Security Essentials for anti-virus, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, and CCleaner. Also be smarter in your internet activities- the threat from viruses comes from the user, not (lack of) proper protection.
