Both Slagent and Eyetide are spyware/adware to get rid of them permanently download avg anti-spyware/adware it’s one of the best I’ve come across, update it and run a scan it should get anything that shouldn’t be there http://free.grisoft.com/doc/20/lng/us/tp…
Repeat scans in sage mode.
Slagent Automatic Removal Tool
http://uninstall-spyware.com/uninstallSlagent.html
Uninstall Eyetide sceensaver if installed
Delete EYETIDE MEDIA directory
C:\PROGRAM FILES\EYETIDE MEDIA\

Download the google toolbar for it’s very effective popup blocker. They will get in every time you try to close a popup with them attached.
Acc. to wht u said, I can understand that ur using:
1/.Windows Defender (good one)
2/.McAfee VirusScan (what version is that? FREE or commercial?)
Registry Booster-uniblue (somewhat usable)
3/.Spyeraser (unknown-low ranks)
Recommendations:
1/.Try installing IPS from windows patrol: http://www.winpatrol.com (Intrusion Prevention System)
2/.Download effective spyware terminator fr:
http://www.spywareterminator.com (this solves the spyware problem)
3/.Download world famous award-winning Toni Arts ECleaner:
http://personal.inet.fi/business/toniarts (this solves the registry-shredding problem)
4/.Personally, I do not like McAfee, its slow and occupies large space on disk. I suggest you download free products like avg and avast.
If not, try Kaspersky 6 and get keygen torrents for it. (use bityrant and visit btjunkie.org) It is by far the best product with over 95% virus detection rate (McAfee is 88-90%)
5/. Get a firewall like Comodo and zonealarm.
