   Add ram, delete all software’s you don’t use and download Reginout to make your System faster.

   Clean the registry on a regular basis. Download Reginout registry cleaner, start a full registry scan and fix the problems that found in it.

   Processor: Intel / AMD compatible at 2500 MHz or higher
   RAM: 1 GB or higher
   Sound: Windows compatible sound card
   Display: 32-bit color depth
   CD recorder: for importing from CD
   DVD recorder: for importing from DVD and creating Video DVD
   Video capture device: required for capturing
   Windows Media Player 11 or higher for WMV video playback
   DirectX: Microsoft DirectX 9.0c or later

   Assuming you don’t want to upgrade your hardware, you could overclock your cpu and/or graphics card or close non-essential processes in Task Manager.

   get a better graphics card if you dont know what that is it helps load video very fast and lets you play games on your computer faster

   empty ur recycling bin, and delete system restore points.
   sony vegas is a pretty powerful program and requires lots of ram….maybe ur computer doesnt not have enough to run the program smoothly
