Clean Registry and Optimize PC
Install Spybot Search and Destroy. Install it, then look for updates, then immunize, then run a scan. It will clean up a lot of spyware.

And install Google toolbar. This will stop certain pop-ups from happenening.

Yeah. Go to download.com and download Adaware-SE or something. Try the program CWShredder. It kills all the Cool Web Search (bad stuff) on your computer. Also turn your Windows Firewall on too if it’s not already on.
you need adaware and spybot, free from download.com, to clean out the adware and spyware
1) Start using Firefox.
2) Download Ad-Aware and spybot and run them daily until they start only finding tracking cookies, then at least weekly from there on.
3) Use a decent firewall, Sygate is no longer supported but I am currently using filseclab.
All of the above mentioned programs are free (for at least the basic stuff, which is what you really need) and can all be found at http://www.download.com/
Looks like you have spyware. Get a spyware/adware scanner and remove it. Go to http://www.download.com to download Spyware program.

Download that.
