HI…
You can get more information here about latest softwares, antivirus free downloads and more about Pc maintanence http://www.tips.110mb.com/pctips.htm
Don’t waste your time finding millions of antiviruses, just stick with a basic one, try Avira Antivir, not my recommended for most of the time but Antivir has an excellent database that triumphs over AVG, avast and some others, if you don’t like it try Norton for 15 days to clear out the viruses, avast!, AVG, OneCare, and don’t say Norton sucks because I used to think it sucks, but Norton has won lots of VB100% awards and last failed a couple years ago, and Norton can detect pretty much any common threat (if you hate it, use Norton Security Scan, found in Google Pack), Kaspersky is also advisable, but Eset NOD32 is almost what you need. If your cousins have that many viruses, give them SpywareBlaster to protect from the Zlob and spyware (try Ad-aware, Spybot S&D, SpywareDoctor Starter Pack, they will have adware), and use the free antivirus listed (avast!, AVG, Antivir, Norton Security Scan, OneCare, also, PC Tools Antivirus, BitDefender or CA Antivirus) (G-Data and Webwasher- Gateway is also good I heard from my sources)
Unfortunately there are no step by step instructions for removing a virus. It can take even a professional like myself hours to get a machine back into shape after it has been infected. Often the best solution is to simply wipe the machine and start over.
That being said, start by downloading, installing, updating, and running a complete system scan with both SpyBot and AVG:
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/
http://free.avg.com/ww.download-avg-anti-virus-free-edition
You may have to run these scans (and reboot your machine) several times. It is best to perform the scans with your Internet disconnected. Also, be sure to turn on the Tea Timer which comes with SpyBot–it will help you see if the virus is trying to make changes in your registry (which is bad).
Finally, if you get to the end of your rope with this you may want to consider switching to Ubuntu. You can download and run a Live CD without installing anything:

DOWNLOAD Avast! 4.8.1201 Professional Edition

First do an online scan and clean with http://www.bitdefender.com/scan8/ie.html AND http://www.ewido.net/en/onlinescan/
Now it’s time to replace that miserable insecurity software that you use; download the installers for
browser – http://www.opera.com/ – use this instead that malware magnet IE
antivirus – http://www.avast.com/
antispyware – http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=435BFCE7-DA2B-4A6A-AFA4-F7F14E605A0D&displaylang=en/
…………….. – http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html
firewall – http://www.personalfirewall.comodo.com/
They are all the best in their category and FREE.
Unplug the internet line, uninstall the junk and install these (if necessary in safe mode) one by one with each necessary reboot done.
Reconnect the line and update them (Spybot has it manual).
That’s all. Now admire how fast and safe (only if you never use IE again) your pc is.
go to http://www.download.com then in the search bar type in AVG Free and download its great stuff cleans the crap right off your computer
google for AVG and Trojan Remover and download it. Install it. Once installed be sure to update the virus database list. Good luck
