Overheating, use compressed air and clean it out
your computer maybe to out dated try getting a newer version
Your computer may block or freeze and shut down your computer because of your virus system like Mcafee and etc. if it senses a bad virus it will shut down and reboot your computer
try looking around in your security center to change your security settings
Since you seem to know everything about computers, i’m sure you tested the hard drive to see if it was failing. I believe you would be on the right track.
