You can try System Restore.
Lol, let this be a lesson to you and all the people that recommend registry cleaners.
If the program you used doesn’t have a revert option and you didn’t manually backup your registry then you’ll have to reinstall windows. Honeslty I would recommend reinstalling even if you do have a backup of some sort. Reason being no one but Microsoft has a good enough understanding of the registry for Vista at this point in the game.
