   I’m not sure just what you are looking for, but I would start off by downloading CCleaner and running that to delete my temporary internet files etc. which often contain infected files.

   Then I would install superantispyware and run that.

   Next I would go to: http://www.kaspersky.com/virusscanner
   and run a virus scan on the system – you will have to print out the report so that you can remove the virus infected files manually.

   I install AVG Free on my computer and on clients’ computers. It works reasonably well, but with all programs, you need to update them and run them to keep you computer clean.

   And by the way, if you’re using Limewire – stop… there’s a lot of viruses coming through that porthole. But then again, removing viruses etc helps me pay the rent, so…
