why you want to delete them you hiding something you watching porno kid>?!?!
I am assuming that you want to delete your Temporary Internet Files and Cookies. To do this in Firefox, click on the Tools menu, and then click Clear Recent History. Where it says Time Range to Clear, select Everything. Then, click on the arrow next to Details, and check every box. Then, click on Clear Now.
To clean out cookies on Firefox, go to the toolbar at the top of the browser and click on "Tools" from there got to "Options". Click on the "Privacy" tab and there should be an option to "Remove Individual Cookies". Click on that and there will also be the option to remove all cookies.
To clean out temporary internet files, I recommend using the Disk Cleanup Tool. Click on the Start Menu, and type "disk cleanup tool" into the search bar. I have found it to be very easy to use. You can delete temporary internet files and other junk as well.
I hope this helps.
