   THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO KNOW THAT ALTHOUGH YOU DELETE A FILE FROM YOUR COMPUTER AND THEN EMPTY THE RECYCLE BIN, BUT THE FILE IS STILL THERE AND CAN BE RECOVERED, THIS CAN BE DONE BY USING SOFTWARES LIKE "RECOVER MY FILES".
   IN ORDER TO CLEAN UP DELETED FILES AND UNWANTED FILES, THERE ARE SOME GOOD SOFTWARES LIKE: C-CLEANER" WHICH IS FREE. WHEN YOU RUN THIS PROGRAM THERE ARE MANY FEATURES. FOR CLEANING THE FREE SPACE ON THE DISK (OR OTHER STORAGE MEDIA) YOU CHECK "WIPE FREE SPACE" WHILE RUNNING C-CLEANER.
   YOU CAN ALSO USE OTHER PROGRAMS LIKE FILE SHERDDER WHICH IS FREE TOO.

   If you want to clean up the hdd go to add and remove programs in the control panel and uninstall all the programs you dont use or want…then this…

   1) from internet explorer—-click on tools>click on internet options>delete "temporary files" ,"cookies" and "history"…

   2)click on "start">computer>right click on "c drive">properties>click on "disk cleanup"..put a check in the box next to downloaded programs, temporary internet files,recycle bin and temporary files…click on "ok"…that will clean that up…

   3) optional>download and run ccleaner..http://www.ccleaner.com/
   version(2.20)..that will clean up everything on your hdd that the 1st 2 steps missed..its a really simple cleaner to use…

   4) defrag your hard drive when done w/these steps..you can run this defrag program…its better than windows version and its free……Auslogics Disk Defrag

   also run a/v scan and spyware scans frequently…..

   hi

   to clean your computer there are 3 ways
   1- downlaod ccleaner and clean your cookies and trash (fix registry that will boost your computer)

   2- uninstall unused program or old programs
   3- delete old movies or movies you don’t see

   find files you dont need
   click them & press the delete key.
   when done, empty recycle bin.
   also, use ccleaner you can find it at filehippo.com
