I need help or need someone to talk me through it I am a rookie and have a old computer that has alot of bad stuff that needs defragmenting and I cant afford to buy it,helpl please.

I’ll answer you from what I understood your question…
download any anti-virus software from download.com
then after scanning and deleting the viruses, go to start, all programs, accessories, system tools, then disk cleanup…
after you clean the computer from any unnecessary files, do the same steps above until you reach the system tools, then select disk defragmenter…
it will take several minutes… after that your computer will be clean and fast…

Goto "www.download.com" and download "advance windows care personnal edition" it is free
it will clean the junk, repair the registry, block spyware and adware.
at first refresh your computer at least 50 times pressing f5 key. right click desktop click properties click desktop click customize desktop click clean desktop now.
try to buy an antivirus too
Use this: http://www.ccleaner.com/. Run this program daily prior to shutting down.
But first do this {on this occasion, then on a weekly basis}
Left click my computer icon
Right click local disk icon
Scroll down to properties – Left click
Left click tools – left click on check error now, check both boxes and click start.
Restart computer and this will check your files for errors and bad sectors. When it’s finished it will restart automatically.
Upon restart, click start/ programs/ accessories/ system tools/ disk defragmenter – click and then hightlight "c" drive and click defragment. When defragmenting has completed, run cccleaner.
