Urm… reformat?
Get your Windows Disc and find your unique code for it. You will find the code somewhere on your PC on a shiny sticker.
It is simple from there really, just insert the disk and follow the guide.
Remember, only do this if you want a fresh start. Doing this will increase your PC’s speed dramatically.

or do the cleaning manually by using ashampoo’s winoptimizer, windows’ disk cleanup, windows’ defragmenter, diskeeper, windowsupdate or autopatcher.
or upgrade your cpu, add more memory
or use a fast usb thumbdrive with vista’s readyboost or eboostr for windows xp
here is a quick tip.
Right click on "my computer"
Left click on "properties"
Click the "Advanced" Tab
Click on "Settings" under performance
Under the "Visual settings" tab click on "Adjust for best performance"
Click "OK"
This will make your computer like it was windows 98/2000 but your computer won’t wast time/memory with any special visuals.

Go to: Start Menu>All programs>Accesories>Sytem Tools>Disk Cleanup…
And then Defrag it also, its still under the system tools

Clean up temporary files, etc.
Run spyware and virus program.
In XP in the Control Panel there is an icon for running efficiently. Go under it and follow instructions.
