You can easily delete your previously viewed website by following the below direction. However, they can be recovered using traditional recovery software.
You have to perform a "secure delete" to remove information permanently. This is the only real way to erase information off of magnetic media. This works by encrypting the data and deleting it many times over until its nothing more than unreadable code. Shredding is another technique but not nearly as effective. Also. The US Dept of Defense endorse "secure delete" as the only way to permanently remove data. Check out this link. A third party deletion software should be endorsed with the US DoD santization procedures.

go to settings on the top of the screen when internet site is opened first click settings then click internet options then click delete cookies your welcome!
For best results, close all your programs until the Windows Desktop appears.
Then right click on the Internet Explorer icon on your Desktop until its menu appears.
Now left click on the word Properties until the Internet Properties Window opens for you.
Then locate the three buttons entitled: Delete Cookies, Delete Files and Clear History.
Now click on each button and select OK each time Windows asks if you want to delete these files.
Then click on the OK button at the bottom of the screen to exit the Internet Properties window.
Note: The above six step procedure will work for all earlier versions of Windows as long Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher is installed on that system. This is because Internet Explorer 6.0 now includes the new Delete Cookies button and its Delete Files button does a better job of really wiping out all Temporary Internet Files.
Let me tell you this. if you just delete the files, you can recover them with any recovery software. What you need is CCleaner (do a seach for it) or Track Eraser Pro.
