   sometimes thats not enough, go to start > run > then type in the following: %temp% this will open up all of the files where your temporary stuff is. then just simply delete what u want.

   If you are talking about the cache of the web browser, say Internet Explorer, It’s by going to the menu Tools–>Internet Options and then click the button(s) Delete Cookies or Delete Files, etc. Other browsers have similar menus as well.

   Go to Control Panel, select Internet Options, select Delete Files including all offline content, select OK, select Clear History, select OK. Don’t delete cookies… you can delete them seperately in My Computer if there is something there you don’t want others to see.

   cache is your temp internet files

   tools – internet options – delete files
