go into BIOS.
Format <drive name> (The letter for your hard drive).
Preemptively save all useful files elsewhere.
Go through your documents organise them into folders, delete anything you come across that you dont need.
Go to add remove program’s, any junk software you dont want or use or think you’ll need, uninstall.
Next do a virus and spyware scan to make sure theres nothing superficial thats slowing the computer down.
Also do a disk defrag to organise the system folders to improve performance.
Finally empty the recycling bin to save memory and can also delete internet cache/temp files if you dont need em.
see how stuff works web site,in this site you can get solution
Just reformat your hard drive. Before you do, back up the important files onto another device. I would suggest you use an IDE/SATA to USB Adapter (google "BT-300 topmicrousa"). This device allows you to back up files without having to log in through the operating system. It can transfer files at speeds around 480mbps which is insanely fast. Just copy and paste the documents and files you want to keep and reformat the hard drive.
After you reformat, recopy the files.
Best of luck.
