   i think you need more RAM.
   computer programs now need I think 512Mb and above RAM to run.
   and I think your PC is already invaded by viruses.
   maybe try to reformat it, add RAM, and then install programs.

   Try in this order:
   1. Uninstall unnecessary programs
   2. Empty recycle bin
   3. Scan for viruses and malware
   4. Run a registry cleanup
   5. Defragment
   6. Reinstall OS

   add more RAM, sounds like you keep the drive clean. so it has to be the ram is not enough.

   not enough memory
   too many programs starting up with windows at boot up time
   too many junk files
   too many restore points

   Clean windows registry can speed up the computer.
