   Can you boot into Windows Safe Mode? (Tapping F8 during the startup process will usually get you to that option).

   Messing with the virutal memory settings or creating a RAMdisk could cause this type of error.

   If all else fails, start the test again and let it run overnight and see if it cleans up after itself. The Memory Diagnostic loads at startup, and I figure it’s crashing before it removes itself from the startup queue, causing this highly annoying cycle.

   I suspect the memory diagnostics may have corrupted your BIOS settings. See if you can get into the BIOS and reset to "safe" settings. Then go and detect your hard drive and try re-boot…
   If there is any memory timing in the BIOS that is incorrect, it may not boot properly.
