Renew your virus software at school, or at the local library.
I would take it in to Geek Squad, they helped my friend fix his computer. You can find them in most Best Buys, and their website is at geeksquad.com
i am not an expert but when i got a virus i downloaded an antivirus program from internet and it told me where the source of the virus is and i went there and deleted it.
try that and then use ur card

Download and install MalwareBytes. Update it and run a full scan. Clean any infections it finds and restart if necessary. If this doesn’t work, there should be an option to renew your antivirus over the phone.
Throw that laptop out the window and get a Mac. You will never get a virus again. I don’t know why people still own PC’s

Get AVG. You can get a trial for free and will not have to enter anything in. Go to http://www.avg.com/ and go to downloads and get a trial. Than run a full scan on your computer. Do not go to the geek squad unless you really have a problem, they can format your hard drive and charge a lot of money.
