Update your security programs before doing a scan and then fully check your computer. Also, don’t forget that sometimes having too much security programs is not good because they can start conflicting with each other.
Who ever told you that these programs are the best in the world lied to you. There not. Try running mal ware bytes anti malware. Don’t expect much. It’s free. If your infection is bad enough it will not let you download it, much less update it. But you can give it a try.

Right now the best AV out there is Kaspersky. Bit Defender is a over bloated memory hog.
AVG, Sorriest AV on the net. It couldn’t find it’s way out of a paper bag.
Spybot is dated. Malware bytes does what it does then some.
Spy doctor, Doesn’t do as well as advertised.
Regcur Well, That could be what’s causing your pop ups. Not a good program. Web of trust score card for RegCur http://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/regcure.com
you can use System Restore or reformat your drive back to when you got it. but if you want to avoid doing those, post your problem at http://forums.techguy.org/ in their removal forums. they do good work and will tell you what to delete blah blah blah. it’s not a quick process. it’ll probably take 2-3 days depending on how fast you guys interact with your information (i guess this is why a lot of people don’t listen to me when i suggest this) but it’s worth it.
Oh, oh. . . Not good.
Sounds like you better backup your data onto a flash drive or something.
Then you will need to wipe out the hard disk and reload the operating system.
1.)
Go to the mfg of your computer’s website and download and install the latest drivers for your audio, chipset, video, etc.
2.)
Then whatever peripherals that you have, e.g., printer, scanner, camera, etc, you need to go those respective websites and download and install the latest drivers.
3.)
Reinstall all your favorite applications.
4.) Install Microsoft Security Essentials (it’s free)
[sigh!] Lots of work, I know.
Then go to a computer store and buy Acronis 2009 and make a backup image of your C:/ drive onto an external hard disk.
If you should ever have to wipe out your hard disk and reinstall OS, drivers, etc, it will now only take a few minutes!
