   okay im assuming u have already went to start/control panel/ add-remove programs found the program in the list of programs it shows clicked on it then click remove and followed along with the uninstaller if not do that .Now if u have tryed that already and no success then u can re-start your pc in safe mode and try uninstalling in safe mode option , give that a try .

   Click on Start, Then control panel. Then click on Add or Remove Program and that will give you list on program that you have on your comp. Find Win fixer. If that does not work try then try to download win fixer UnInstaller Because some programs required UnInstaller from there web site.
