   You really need to run windows update to get SP3. It’s free, so have at it. It just is going to take a while to download everything.

   Also, realize that deleting files doesn’t make your computer faster (unless you’re totally out of space). It just frees up space to put more stuff on. That’s it. Most of the stuff listed you’ll use eventually. Reader 9 is used for pdf files, shockwave is used to play some online videos, as is flash player. UNINSTALL NORTON before loading AVG. You’ll screw stuff up having two antivirus programs. Take care of that then run ccleaner. After that, try redownloading AVG.
