As the computer is booting press your "F8 Key" repeatly which should bring up the "Windows Advanced Options Menu" . Use your arrow keys to move to "Safe Mode" and press your Enter key.
After into safe mode,run an anti-spyware to remove the spyware and adware on you computer.
Make sure you have 1 or 2 antispyware on your computer and 1 antivirus and also 1 firewall.

Are you not able to access the internet because of your browser or internet connection? What I recommended for a friend who recently had this problem was to restart your computer in safe mode. This is done by tapping F8 when you are booting up.
Go to http://www.download.com and install FireFox web browser. If you are getting redirected and tons of pop ups, try to do it as quickly as possible. With FireFox installed you can now surf the internet without being hijacked for now.
Next go to http://www.spyware-fix.net and scan your computer at the website. If the spyware remover finds any malicious files then remove them. Restart your computer again.

I have the same problem and i just downloaded an antispyeare softeware, the free version and i’m scanning right now. It has detected it so hopefully it’ll be able to remove it completely. Here’s the website: http://toptenantispyware.com

Edit: I also tried spyware doctor, spyhunter, and Lavasoft’s Ad-Aware and they didn’t even detect it on their scanners much less get rid of it.
