I dont know much about computers but dont want to spend money on some wipe em clean program. Can I reconfigure or somthing ?

Clean Registry and Optimize PC
i would suggest: that you save to disk all of your programs, pictures, porn and such, then format and reinstall your O/S. but your new wife ma like it. try bringing it up in conversation, you may be surprized. will save a lot of time and worry. chances are, she already knows it, and is just acts like it is not there.
Get CCleaner. It’s free and you can configure it for multi-wipe deletion of individual files.
Then get a free copy of TrueCrypt and create an invisible, encrypted partition with a strong password on your hard drive. It will render any files you add to that partition as impossible to crack. Trust me, after you’ve been married awhile you will want to look at other naked women again.
Back up all the files you want to keep on to an USB external hard drive or flash drive, and than do a clean reformat of your PC.
It’ll give you a totally CLEAN PC and you can load the files you want to keep on there after. Its also recommended reformatting after a while.
