   There is a LOT more to speeding up your computer than just removing cookies. They are a very small part of what’s slowing down the process.
   1. How much RAM memory does your computer have? How much will the motherboard support? You should seriously consider upgrading RAM first. A complete scan by Belarc Advisor will tell you this. Free.
   2. When was the last time you thoroughly cleaned out all temporary files? Use CCleaner to do this. Free.

   Start>Run

   enter %Temp%

   and press enter.

   one folder will get open delete all those files, coz they are temporary internet files not for any use.

   again Start>Run

   enter prefetch
   press enter

   again delete all the files.

   Now open internet explorer

   Goto Tools> Internet Options

   Click on these buttons one by one

   1. Delete Cookies
   2. Delete files
   3. Clear History

   on the right top corner of your browser screen there is a box marked ‘tools’, click it. On the bottom of the list is ‘internet options’, click it.A window opens, look for ‘browsing history’. Delete the history, cookies, and temporary internet files = faster cleaner running internet and computer. Voila!

   if you are running xp run dik cleanup and on vista do the same
