how do i restore my computer to another date if i did a clean up ?

I cleaned up my computer with mcafee cleaner and it cleaned my restore point how do i get my restore point back. i need to go back to a later day than whats shown to fix my computer. Please help

Start>all programs>maintenance>back-up and restore center.

Or in C-pane>back-up and restore.
