   Hi. There are actually many things that you can do to speed up your computer. In order of priority and effectiveness here is a list of the problems that may be causing the slow computer and possible solutions that you can try.

   Problem : Hard Drive Is Too Full And You Need To Free Up Disk Space
   Solution 1 : Purchase a new hard drive and transfer your files
   Solution 2 : Uninstall programs and applications you don’t need

   Let’s start by looking down to the right of your toolbar. You should have minimal programs and/or icons there. If there is an arrow then click on the arrow to see all of your running programs. Say if you have 3 or 4 iTunes open then close all of the ones that you are not using. Same goes for every program. Close all of the unnecessary programs.

   Also try AVG if you don’t already have this. You can get free versions. Once you have this, you will want to empty the Virus Vault occasionally too. I recommend doing these things every couple of days. It might take a couple of minutes the first time but the more you do it the quicker the processes will be. If you have a lot of pictures or music then I recommend putting as many songs or pictures onto a High Capacity flash drive as possible.
