   All of the documentation should be there on the Dell support page. Click drivers and downloads then follow the steps or type in your service tag number.

   Should be as simple as taking a few screws out of the back edge of the case. Some have thumbscrews.

   Be careful and if you are using canned air, be sure you keep the can upright, never tilt it as that will release liquid from the can which you obviously do not want.
