   Well it depends.
   The anti-virus software that came with your computer is probably expired.
   Just go to:
   http://www.filehippo.com/download_avast_antivirus/

   move your mouse over the AV icon on the lower see what it says, also open the virus app see if it say anything if its expired you need a new one if not it could be malware disabled it
