   You cleaned those passwords right out of your registry. They’re gone. If you backed up your registry before cleaning it, just restore the backup.

   For password prompt from IE, go to tools, internet options, content, autocomplete and turn on the option to remember passwords.

   EDIT: You wont be able to recover the passwords once you deleted them, all you can do now is tell it to remember for next time.
