   Well you might need to assign it in the blocker as a excepted addresses try to see if you can access the blockers in your antivirus. Also I think you should only have a single antivirus on your computer. Because having two antivirus in the system creates a contradictions on the system.

   Are you sure avast or Norton are blocking the sites? what message are you getting when you try to go there?
