   I am using a good optimize software (Reginout) with strong functions, it has the functions of:
   1.Clean up junk filses.
   2.Clean up cookies.
   3.Clean up registry errors.
   4.Speedup the system.
   5.Speedup the startup.

   Do you have the installation CD for Windows 7? If not, make a recovery disk. Then just follow the instructions for either one – make sure you wipe the partitions when if it gives you the option.

   If you don’t have either and don’t care about Win 7, download Ubuntu and run the CD; again, follow the instructions and wipe everything.
