Go to dell’s customer support service website and look at the FAQ on how to do a systems factory restore There should be a step by step guide there

you need to format ur drive or update ur antivirus and run a whole computer scan and do a online scan.
If you can use programs or the internet, do this to do what I am about to tell you to do, otherwise
Download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, Hitman Pro, and Comodo Cleaning Essentials (http://help.comodo.com/topic-119-1-208-2073-Downloading-Comodo-Cleaning-Essentials.html) and put it on a USB. First run Hitman Pro, if you get an error message saying it cannot open, hold control and open it again and it will open. On the bottom right corner, press the down arrow next to the Next button and click Default Scan. Stuff coming next is all common sense
Open Comodo Cleaning Essentials and Click the killswitch part, all processes marked as "unknown" or "malware" right click and press terminate unless you know what it is.
Finally, open Malwarebytes and go to the update tab and press Update. Then go to the scan tab and select full scan and select C drive. Common sense tells you what to do next.
Hope this helps, if the computer wont turn on this won’t work 🙁
