If you are wanting to clean your computer of deleted data files and program files, download and run Ccleaner and turn on the free space wiper and choose the number of passes that you want.
Best way to completely clear everything and leave the OS is to reinstall Windows. If you have the original install discs, or a recovery partition, you can do this. If not, you will have to find some before you can do it.
i don’t think i understand what you want .. but if you want to erase your hard disk .. you won’t be able to keep windows .. if you erase your disk .. you can use some software to retrieve your data like "recover my files"
Uninstall any programs you have installed via the control panel, run a deep cleaner like TFC from OldTimer, then create a new local user, log in with that account, and delete your old profile. That’s about as good as you’ll get without wiping out Windows – and assuming you store most of your personal stuff in the user account’s home folders.
Assuming it’s already free of viruses and malware…
