   I use System mechanic from http://www.iolo.com but you have to pay for it. You might want to try http://www.mariosalexandrou.com/blog/index.asp?post=72
   for a free registry cleaner but its at your own risk. First create a system restore point in case it messes up!!!

   the registry should never be cleaned out ..
   you can remove key’s buy pressing the delete key.

   Hey you can try this software (the pro version). it has a option to clean out registry, and the best is it tests them first. so you are sure it wont create any problems later. this is a free trial version for 20 days.

   i used this then uninstalled and installed it again..hehe. saves the money ; )
