   If your using IE, under tools>Internet options there should be a delete history, cookies, all button

   For firefox it can be done under tools>Clear recent history and you can set to how far ago you want to delete and what you want to delete.

   just go to your control panel and find network setting i believe…
   not a frequent pc user
