   just delete cookies and internet cache youll be fine………never give out your personal information at all.

   Yes even after formatting with the right knowledge it is very simple to recover the entire drive. "Deleting" files in windows simply marks them as deleted and leaves them right where they were on the disk. There are plenty of programs that can delete, then rewrite over erased files several times to avoid them being recovered in this manner. But really some things you just have to live with, and provided someone were able to physically take your computer and recover everything since day one in a forensics lab, then by that time wouldn’t you be able to call your bank and have everything changed?
