   i did this recently and just ran the system recovery software that came with the pc…it’ll get rid of anything that didnt originally come installed on the pc

   FORMAT and RELOAD!

   go through all your main folders, not as good.

   Best thing to do is Format and reinstall the Operating system. But what do you do when you dont have the OS disc.?
   Step 1. Download and install and run ccleaner.
   Step2. Delete all of your favorites.
   Step3.Uninstall all the programs which the new owner might not need.
   Step4 . Download and install a trial version of windows washer from
   "http://www.webroot.com/En_US/consumer-downloads.html"
   There is an option for wipe slack space and empty space.

   That should make it nice and clean.
