Easy, random access memory is stored in system32, deleting system32 will clear the cache, so the computer can start again.
You will need to perform a restart after doing the following:
1) Go to my computer -> hard drive -> windows
2) In there, there is a folder called system32, delete it
3) You will need administrator privileges incase someone wanted to do malicious actions on your computer. Warnings may come up because this is an unusual action.
In order to clean up Random Access Memory (RAM), you restart your computer.
To increase your amount of Virtual Memory, you:
1: Right Click on My Computer
2: Select "Properties"
3: Go to "Advanced System Settings", or just "Advanced"
4: Under "Performance", you select "Settings"
5: Go to the "Advanced" tab
6: Under "Virtual Memory", you select "Change"
7: Set it as either "System Managed Size" or "Custom Size"
Note: If you select Custom Size, never have the maximum amount be larger than 2048, or this will slow down your computer. I would fully recommend "System Managed Size"
The best thing to do in your situation is to increase the amount of RAM you have and the amount of virtual memory you have (by increasing the page file). I dont know what OS you have so I cant give you exact instructions on how do increase the page file. Search Google for that. For RAM, if you dont know what kind you need, goto Crucial.com and put in your computer model number and information. It will tell you what you need and how much.
