Download Kaspersky Rescue disc and disinfect the system. After you perform that, clean your registry to recover broken registry entries. Download Reginout registry cleaning tool.
To fix the trojan infected to your computer, you shall download Kaspersky Rescue Disc and boot your computer through it. You can use your friend’s computer for the download & CD burning procedures. After you disinfect the system, recover the registry damage with the help of Reginout software.
You got a Rootkit and the regular programs won’t help.
Get rootkit removal software.
Try to scan with Malware Bytes. I tried, and my computer is running well now.
Rogue Killer helps to kill programs that run viruses as well.
http://www.bleeping computer usually has the answer , you will need malwarebytes and as it is probably a rootkit you may need combofix as well but be careful with that it can delete vital files
I’ve got rid of a couple virus’s with Combofix, google it and try to find it, good program. If that doesn’t work, just format your hard drive.
try to figure out the name of the Trojan and Google it. there are a specific files to delete a specific trojans and mallware.
try to update the mcafeee virus definitions by updating it.
at the same time start machine and tap the F8 key repeatedly until the option windows appears choose safemode with networking then open browser and go to safety.live.com(that is microsoft’s online virus scanner) it’s is free…then go to malwarebytes.org and download and run their anti-malware scanner it’s free…manual removal instructions can be found at precisesecurity.com or bleepingcomputer.com…you can download a rescue disk from kaspersky.com or avira.com just use another computer set bios to boot from the cd/dvd and run the rescue disk before anything can boot up they are both free…
