   did you install any program/s in your computer the past 2 days?…

   if YES, probably that is the caused why your computer is getting slow…SOLUTION: remove those unnecessary programs that you think consumes a lot of space in your hard drive & RAM…

   if NO, try to add some RAM to your hardware…or check your ISP about the speed of your connection…

   by the way…you havent tell what’s the SPECS of your unit…
   give us the specs of your unit so that we can give you a precised solution to your problem..

   Dear,
   there may virus attack on your computer, so run any anti virus software and clean up adware, Trojan and virus stuff.

   Clear the browsing history and everything.
   Run a virus scan and make sure that it’s up-to-date.
   Delete unnecessary programs especially add-ons.

   You may have spyware on your PC . Spyware will slow it down.

   First of all get Norton Internet Security…. spywares, virus make the comp. and internet slow. So some kind of a security program is necessary. Cleaning ur desktop won’t work. Buy or download anti-virus/internet security software right away.
   Also, after u do that, always remember to delete cookies and clear history from ur internet explorer browser – Tools – Internet options. Good luck.

   defragmenting might help,clear your browser’s cache,remove registries,run an antivirus program………………If nothing works , format your hard drive

   You might have an unwelcomed "visitor" on your computer which might have caused this. It’s worth getting an expert to check your computer out at:

   Register, go to the Hijack This Forum, read the instructions on how to post a log, give a brief description of your problem (like you’ve just typed) and post your log there.     Remove all softwares that you installed in last two days 🙂
    If you refuse, buy more Memory(RAM)

    If you don’t want to do both, dump some water on your computer to cool them off 🙂

    If this is a sudden thing then its either a failing HDD or a software/virus problem. Adding more RAM will help the problem some. Would suggest running a copmuter checkup program.

    Defrag it and see if that helps. Boost the RAM if possible. Check for overheating. It may not even be your computer. It could be your ISP. Are you dial-up or do you have DSL or cable?

    If your computer is a dinosaur… it may be time to put it out in the pasture and give it a nice burial.
