dont download anything most of the programs try to mess you up more
if there is a shortcut for the rogue program then follow these steps
1. shut down your computer and start it in safe mode with networking
2. when you get on, right click the shortcut and click on "open file location"
3. delete everything in the file and then delete the file itself
4. goto "my computer" and go to uninstall/delete a program and make sure the rogue program is not listed
5. good luck this worked for me
It’s a rogue antivirus program. Don’t pay for it. Restart your computer in safe mode with networking and download anti-malware software to remove the infection.
you’ve been naughty with your mouse again, shame is you.
take you pc and throw it in the snow bank, then buy a new sparkly one. This works for me.
hey, what’s the name of the virus, you can find some removal instrutions and keep them in a word, and then do the removal at safe mode, if you know the name it will help, you search how to guide remove+virus name, this works for me, good luck
I will help you, best I can.
Sounds like you have a fake/rogue program, that wants you buy it.
Can you post the name of this program, that wants you to pay for their product ?
This way, I can post you specific, removal instructions.
Get Malwarebytes

If you can’t get on the internet to open the page, start your computer in safe more with networking and then download it and run a scan.
Sounds like your browser has been hijacked. Try booting up in safe mode with network connections.
The easiest thing to do would be to do a System Restore. How you do it depends on which operating system you use but there are some pretty good step by step guides if you google it.
Go to Microsoft.com and download Microsoft Security Essentials, its Free.
