   I agree with Frank, except you may want to run your scans in safe mode. For further assurance also disable system restore before scanning.

   To get into safe mode, repeatedly hit F8 while the computer is starting up (before you get the windows screen)

   If you have some malicious program like RegCure or some other rogue registry cleaner, uninstall it from your programs. Then update SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes and run full scans with both, one right after the other. Don’t run any two of those at the same time. Updating those programs is crucial.
