if that dosnt work then you might have to reformat your computer, since i tried that and it didnt work, ended up reformatting to get rid of it.
go to your start menu in the lowest left hand corner and go to control panel. then click on add/remove programs and choose the program you want to remove. you may have to restart your computer after the program has been removed to complete the process.
