   I’m a little confused. Do you have a virus on your computer that is sending you emails? Or are you receiving emails from someone else with a virus who’s computer is sending you emails?

   If you have a virus you can use anti-viral and anti-spyware software to remove it. If they don’t work, you’ll want to back up your files and reformat your hard drive.

   Free programs that I use include Spybot, Ad-Aware, and Housecall. I think that Zone Alarm also has a free virus scan.

   Spybot and Ad-Aware remove spyware. Housecall is a free service by the same company that makes PCcillion and it removes both viruses and spyware. I recommend using all three. Check the links in "sources" to download.

   If you’re receiving blank emails from someone else, and you don’t know who it is, the only things you can do is change your address.

   I have no idea what you mean by "blank characters".
