   I rarely clean mine unless I’m having problems. Sometimes registry cleaners can do more harm than good.
   Delete temporary files and scan for spyware regularly, and always use a good Anti-Virus and Firewall.

   i do mine every month or if i see my pc booting or running slowly

   I clean off my history, searches, and cookies everyday before I shut down.

   There are too many cookies out there.

   Normally after I uninstall application or at least every 1 month once

   This is going to depend mainly on how often you make changes to the software , like upgrading online or installing and uninstalling s/w etc.

   If u do this often the at least cleanup once a week
   otherwise even once in two-three months is fine.
