My computer is an Acer Aspire 5710.
Can i just use tap water and a sponge to clean it?
I don’t have any special chemicals with me so what do you guys suggest?

Like mentioned above (First and third answers) You may use any cleaning agents. If you are not able to get those cleaning agents then you may use body spray to clean your screen. That is recommended than water..

If you go to PC World or one of those other shops they sell screen wipes and screen cleaner. Use that because water can leave marks and damage your screen.
Do not use water. It will streak, sometimes permanently. Get a container of screen wipes from a computer/office/discount store. They are made especially for this purpose.
