Go to http://www.download.com (CNet) and download Ad-Aware. It's a FANTASTIC program. Just run the smart cleanup and it should clear it all out.

Find

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\
Microsoft\

then find the website address shown in IE

in regedit

and delete, I think it can solve your problem.
